On World Hemophilia Day, the Hemophilia Patients Welfare Society, Rawalpindi Chapter, has continued its mission of raising awareness about hemophilia and other bleeding disorders effecting Women. Dr. Nadeem Ikram , Consultant Hematologist and Hina Fatima , who has a bleeding disorder appeared on the Pakistan television (PTV HOME) program “Rising Pakistan .They discussed crucial aspects of these conditions including all the challenges, specially lack of availability of factor concentrates for treatment in Government hospitals and women with bleeding disorders and their struggles in life.
It is time to raise voices for Hemophilia Care in the country so that our children who become disabled due to lack of treatment grow up as completely normal, with treatment
